I am a wife, mom of 3, high school teacher, and avid traveler living in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. I’ve spent my entire life in Georgia. My interest in travel began when my mother initiated trips across the United States beyond our Southern region during my high school years. After experiencing a school trip to France in 11th grade, I became deeply fascinated with exploring new cultures.
Throughout my teenage and college years, my parents organized thrilling family vacations, and now, I take joy in creating similar experiences for my own kids, following in my mother’s adventurous footsteps
When my husband and I married, we took advantage of my school breaks to travel throughout Europe, the US, and the Caribbean. In a few short years, we traveled to Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, England as well as all over the US and Caribbean.
I also went on some fun adventures with my sisters and friends to exciting places like Barbados, Turks & Caicos, Punta Cana and Playa del Carmen. Life is too short to stay home!
Once we had kids, we did our first big kid trip to the US Virgin Islands with our 2-year-old and haven’t stopped! Now, as a family of 5, we enjoy trips to classic kid sites like Disney, but also national parks and bigger international trips.
For instance, we’ve traveled extensively through Florida and New England. I’ve been going to the beaches of Florida since childhood and love sharing the same experiences with my own kids.

I know traveling with little kids can be daunting and overwhelming. I’m here to show you how to make it happen. It is not going to perfect and there will be hiccups along the way, but it is worth it in the long run. You won’t regret and I’m excited to help build confidence in your abilities to travel to new exciting places with kids.
As a tip- you can always start small with day trips and overnights to nearby locales. You don’t have to jump right into a week long trip across the country or overseas.
